John Cusack: (About making Anastasia) It's pretty much the best acting job ever because there's no lights or cameras... you just go in there and record your voice, you don't even have to shower.

John: (about his nephew Dylan John) You know how babies like to put things in there mouth? Well, he has the most interesting greeting for me, which is he grabs my cheek and my hair and tries to put my whole head in his mouth. He doesn't even stop when he realizes it doesn't fit.

John: (about the love scene in "Midnight") I said "Sir,(Clint Eastwood) I have a job to do. Stand back... I've gotta go do my job."

Letterman: Do you know the population of Savannah?

John: No I don't. I don't have the exact data.

Letterman: Want to take a guess?

John: I'm going to guess 80,000 but I'm not sure. That's just an arbitrary guess.

Letterman: Okay, the population of Savannah is... want to take another guess?

John: Oh I don't know. Six hundred thousand.

Letterman: You started out with 80,000!

John: Okay, four million!
